Our Story

4M Machine LLC is a family-owned precision machine shop located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. For more than 20 years, we have built lasting partnerships with manufacturers across industries by combining craftsmanship, modern machining technology, and a dedication to service. While 4M Machine was officially founded two decades ago, our roots run much deeper. Precision machining has been the foundation of our family’s work for over 60 years. That history shapes who we are today: a shop that values accuracy, reliability, and trust.

We started as a small shop with a commitment to doing things right, and over the years we’ve expanded our equipment, facilities, and services to meet the evolving demands of our customers. From reverse engineering and prototyping to full-scale production machining, we remain focused on the same principles—quality parts, delivered on time.

What Makes Us Different

Being family-owned means our reputation is personal. Every part we machine reflects not only on our company but on the name we carry. That’s why we hold ourselves to a higher standard in both quality and service. When customers call us, they don’t deal with layers of bureaucracy or disconnected departments—they speak directly with people who understand their needs and take responsibility for outcomes.

Our difference also lies in versatility. We are equipped to handle a wide range of machining challenges, from producing large parts on our boring bar up to 200 inches in length, to machining intricate features as small as one-half inch. Whether it’s a single prototype, a replacement part that requires reverse engineering, or a full production run, our team has the equipment and expertise to make it happen.
