Can you reproduce a part without original drawings?

Yes. Reverse engineering is our specialty. We carefully measure existing parts, determine materials, and create new documentation that allows us to machine accurate replacements.

Why is reverse engineering important?

Reverse engineering is critical when OEM parts are obsolete, drawings are unavailable, or lead times are too long. It allows businesses to get equipment back up and running quickly with custom replacement parts.

We can machine parts up to 200 inches in length on our boring bar and produce intricate features as small as one-half inch on our vertical machining center.

Yes. We offer OD grinding, surface grinding, and Blanchard grinding to achieve smooth finishes and precise tolerances.
